Adult whitewater kayaking trip to France
An amazing opportunity to gain whitewater experience with professional instruction on a man-made course in the sunny south of France. An introduction to whitewater kayaking - experience the thrills and spills of kayaking in a controlled environment with expert instructorion.
The week will begin with basic skills and safety training on the smaller flows where you will learn to "eddy" in and out, self-rescue, strokes and techniques for negotiating rapids and then building up through the week as your skills and confidence grow to try some bigger water and advanced techniques such as surfing waves, running standing wave trains and more.

Adults (18+)
Minimium kayaking abilities apply, users should be confident wearing a spraydeck. Being able to eskimo roll is an advantage but not essential, although you will get much more from the trip if you can roll! This trip is an introduction to whitewater. You'll need to be able to paddle, but it doesn't matter if you haven't been on whitewater before. If you have, you will get the opportunity to advance your skills and learn new technique.
Transportation of kayaking equipment, limited space for camping equipment and baggage, 5 days professional and qualified coaching, whitewater course fees.
DOES NOT INCLUDE: Meals, personal insurance, accomodation or transportation of yourself.
Local chalet accomodation available in the area if you're not keen on camping.
