Minimum ability: BC 1 Star or Paddle Discover plus two of our Sunday or weekday evening sessions under your belt. Its a long way and a long day - if you want to go but you're not sure you are up to it, please speak to the instructors.

What to bring:

• Clothing appropriate for the weather plus a spare set and packed lunch in a waterproof bag to stow in your kayak.
• Another change of clothing to leave in the changing rooms.
