A recreational sailing session with safety cover for adults & youth on the river Thames.

Time

5.45-9pm (you must arrive by the start time of the session)

  

Suitable for

Proficient adult and youth sailors (RYA Level 2, Stage 3 or above).

 

What does it involve?

Every session is run under the supervision of a qualified RYA Senior Instructor in a powered safety boat. If it is your first time here, you will be given a safety brief. 

On your first visit you will need to sail with another of our experienced sailors in order to become familiar with the conditions and how we operate. Once we're confident you are capable of sailing on your own, you may take full advantage of our varied fleet of dinghies.

We operate on all tides.

  

Booking

Adults please book in advance (cash on the door if you just turn up)

Youth members do not need to book in advance or pay a session fee.

 

Price

£20 per session 

  

What to bring

• A full spare set of clothing suitable for the weather including soft-soled shoes, towel and wash-kit.
• A consent form
• A small padlock to secure your valuables in one of our lockers (optional).

Please note: whether you book in advance or just turn up, you must arrive by 5.45pm or you may be turned away. It is not possible to join in once the session has started. We cannot refund latecomers.
