Upper Thames Trip

An amazing opportunity to take part in our first ever upper thames trip.

The weekend will begin with loading the minibus at WBB, driving to Cricklade and running a shuttle for the days trip. We will take out at Lechlade and camping at "the bridge campsite" and eating out in a local pub / restaurant.

Day two will begin with shopping for breakfast and lunch, whilst a shuttle is run. We will be paddling from lechlade and taking out at tadpole bridge.

You will have the opportunity to paddle both kayaks and canoes, and potentially swap thoughout the weekend. Gaining valuable experience in Canoes for anyone looking to gain their two star qualification.

The upper thames is a scenic, picturesque part of the thames. Very different to our usual location. We should see flora and forna and wildlife in abundance!
