Westminster Boating Base, established 1975, is a charitable trust teaching young people and adults to sail, canoe and kayak. Operating on the River Thames in central London, youth membership is for ten to 23 year olds. In order to recoup the running costs of the charity, the building is let as a venue for parties; conferences and seminars; wedding receptions and other events; and as a location for TV and film shoots. Office opening times: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Registered Charity No. 299412
